4. Discount Accommodation/Camping Voucher Terms
- Usage and Transferability: Discounted accommodation and camping package vouchers typically are only sold in November and December. Vouchers are valid for use during the tourist season (April to September) following their issue, subject to availability. They are transferable; however, the new holder must have information about the original purchaser for verification.
- Purchasing Vouchers: Discount Gift Vouchers can only be purchased directly through our website or by contacting us via phone or email.
- Booking and Changes: Recipients are encouraged to contact us to book their preferred dates. Should the need arise, booked dates can be changed, or the voucher can be held for use in the subsequent year.
- Nature of Vouchers: These vouchers can be utilised by the purchaser or given as a gift. Vouchers are not personalised, but we maintain a record of the purchaser’s details for verification.
- Redemption Verification: To redeem a voucher, the redeemer must provide information matching the original purchaser’s details. This is to ensure the legitimacy of the voucher and prevent unauthorised use.
- Restrictions: The voucher covers only the number of adults and children as specified and cannot be extended to additional guests to avoid overloading our spaces.
- Pets: Guests are welcome to bring a maximum of two pets, provided we are notified in advance.
- Conditions Reminder: Along with the voucher, we provide a full message detailing all conditions and encourage recipients to get in touch for booking their desired dates.
5. Product Sales and Licensing Agreement
- In addition to accommodation, our Service offers merchandise and products for sale, including those under a Primalista License Agreement with Primal Alternative.
- Our Primalista-licensed products, such as bakery items and food mixes, are produced in strict adherence to the quality and preparation standards set by Primal Alternative.
- The nutritional information for these products is directly sourced from Primal Alternative, ensuring accurate and reliable details about their health benefits and ingredients.
- All recipes, methods, and branding used in the production of our products under this license remain the intellectual property of Primal Alternative.
- We commit to compliance with all terms and conditions of the Primalista License Agreement, including the use of trademarks and adherence to product standards.
- Any changes to the products, recipes, or terms of sale will be made in accordance with the guidelines and approval of Primal Alternative.
6. Refund Policy
- Extraordinary Circumstances: At Corella Creek Country Farm Stay, we typically do not offer refunds except in extraordinary circumstances. We understand that sometimes unexpected situations arise, and we are committed to considering each case with fairness and empathy.

7. Delivery Terms
- Rural Delivery Considerations: Please be aware that due to our rural location in Australia, delivery costs might be higher compared to urban-based services like eBay or Amazon. This reflects the higher costs associated with rural logistics.
- Flat Rate Shipping: We offer flat rate shipping and are committed to transparency in our pricing.
- Local Delivery Rates: For residents in the Richmond and McKinlay Shires, a reduced mail run rate is automatically applied. If you are from these shires and do not see this rate applied at checkout, please contact us at corellacreek@gmail.com or by phone.
- Wholefoods Delivery Fees: For Wholefoods products, we charge a flat delivery fee based on the quantity ordered. Different rates apply for 1-5 items and 6-10 items. For orders of more than 10 items, please contact us directly to discuss delivery charges.
- Electronic Delivery of Vouchers: Vouchers for behind-the-scenes experiences, accommodation, art workshops, and cooking workshops are delivered electronically. You have the option to create an account for easy access to voucher details and future purchases.
8. Account Creation
Creating an account on our website is an option for customers who wish for easier access and management of their orders and workshop vouchers. This account allows you to store personal details, view past orders, and manage digital downloads, providing a more efficient shopping experience.
9. Limitation of Liability
